When I'm on vacation (at home) or during the week-ends (I don't go the gym on week-ends), I like to move anyhow. To get a full body workout with no mercy, I put a Shaun T DVD and get pumping. There's always a person in the group showing how to do the low intensity version for beginners or if you have an injury and must avoid jumps or high impact.
You don't need equipment (only sneakers), and you get coached all the way through by a dynamic guy (Shaun T) and his group of fit disciples.
